  • Charities I am involved with are Get Connected, YoungMinds, Mindful/BeatBullying and Catch22. This includes telephone counselling for under 25s with Get Connected and as a specialist parent advisor through YoungMinds.
  • I facilitate workshops with Pixel Learning in secondary schools across the UK based on the Channel 4 Documentary Stranger on a Bridge.
  • I facilitate parent workshops on anxiety, stress and transitions.
