P-Therapy is made up of a group of forward-thinking, successful practitioners who are experts in their specialised fields. We help people in a somewhat different way to how traditional therapy or counselling has tended to provide support. First and foremost we share a strongly held belief – the belief that the basic aim of therapy is to get you to a place where you feel comfortable and are moving forward without therapy.
Therapy is not about the therapist, it’s about the client. We want you to be able to live your life wholly, which ultimately means independent of a therapist.
